As per the in-house formulations all raw materials like PVC Resin, Plasticizers (DOP, DBP, CPW), Heat Stabilizers and Calcium Carbonate are mixed thoroughly in High Speed Mixer and then extruded. We make compounds which are not cooled/passed thru water, but are air cooled/dried. This improves the mechanical properties of the compounds compared to water cooled compounds by at least 20%. Your customized compound requirements can be met maintaining the highest standards of quality and delivering the same consistently.
